Echo and Fairy Class – Today our 5-year-old classes learned all about different tools they can use to make art. We learned words like 'Paint', 'Crayon', and 'Pastel', for example. The children explored how to use these tools to create a beautiful picture of a rainbow.

Muse Class – Today, Muse class learned all about artistic illusions and how a picture can seem like something else depending on how it is drawn. They colored a picture of two faces facing each other and discovered a hidden cup in the silhouette between the faces.

W Class – Today, W class explored the features of the face by studying their own reflections to sketch and draw self-portraits. They learned the intricacies of drawing micro-aspects such as pupils and nostrils. Then, they practiced classic shading techniques to add dimension and depth to the face using color.
